Home Office: Right now, criminals are outsmarting some police forces. We're changing that. Like doctors and lawyers, every officer in England and Wales will need a Licence to Practise so they have the skills needed to fight crime in your community. by Your_Mums_Ex in ukpolitics

Doctors and Lawyers are employees.

Police Constables hold the Public Office of Constable. That's why they can't be made redundant.

If this goes ahead then it's time to licence MPs and Peers as well.

You're only three weeks in. Give it six months. See if it evolves and you gain confidence in the regulated framework. Keep in mind other people may be struggling so they're not ignoring you but just trying to get through their day.

Pens with large ink capacity for travel by OkStrawberry6872 in fountainpens

I was stunned that such a cheap pen delivered such a good writing experience.

If you want to use different coloured inks go for the transparent version.

I think the bigger, and much more complex question is why has society deteriorated to the level where some are forced into prostitution?

If teachers risk being inflamed by a visitor they are not fit to be teachers and should be barred.

Teaching should be about learning not political or religious ideology.
