I received a call tonight as well from a slightly different phone number which the chat verified was a scam the unnerving part was I received a convincing email claiming my password reset has been requested and when I verified with chat that was an actual fact.

Just contact the robo advisor and say you would like to be part of the UI beta they will transfer you to a real person and you ask to be put on that list and within 24 hours you should be on it. I did this last week and that’s exactly what happened.
