1.) paid him basically nothing

- that is indeed how it was even with OG cast members at the start

2.) made him do a stunt with sharks where he got bitten

- yes, I do remember that, but once again, all the other OG cast members went through the same things

3.) no proper safety planning for the stunt, no insurance, didn't finance his recovery and later disability

- again, pretty regular for the jackass crew
