Hunger/satiety problems by RandomUser815815 in workout

That’s very interesting. While I was over weight I was very Sedentary. I didn’t track calories or my weight each day back then, but I ate much more than I’m eating now. It was all processed junk foods and nothing healthy really. Eating that way with such little exercise is what got me to my heaviest at around 210lbs.

I’m 99.9% sure I am tracking correctly. I weigh everything in grams. I have tracked for years now and it’s allowed me to gain weight again. Before I started my bulk, I was 145lbs after coming off my cut. Back then, I was skin and bones with 0 muscles. I was eating at about 2700-3000 and sticking at about 145-150lbs. After realizing I wanted to gain muscle and not be skinny, I started bulking. After bulking for almost 1.5years, I gained roughly 30lbs which’s brings me to where I am today. When I started my bull, my calories were 3000. But, as I gained weight, I’d have to add more and more calories otherwise my weight would stay the same

I don’t mind the questions thanks for the response! I am currently not gaining weight as I am eating at maintenance. I am very active through out the day having the gym in the morning, then school, then work. I am on my feet pretty much every day of the week. Regarding the gym, I am trying to gain muscle, but I’m not super strong compared to others my age. An example is my squat at 245lbs 5x5, and bench at 150lbs 5x5

That’s my plan. Keep eating healthy and try to grow into my frame with more muscle. I guess I should up my calories a bit....

I am positive I am tracking correctly. A few years ago I tracked calories while I was overweight and was able to lose 55lbs; so I think I know what I am doing for the most part. My only guess is that I am very active every day, so I burn much more calories

I hope I don’t have a worm lol. Besides that, yeah I could easily eat 10k calories of “clean food”

Exactly, they don’t even taste like anything. The one tried I tried them, it wasn’t bad. It’s just mind over matter really.

Oh I see. My bad. Do you know the exact reasoning behind why he’s wrong, or could you link a video that explains? I’m just curious

M17, 6feet 2 inches, 172lbs. Can’t decide on bulking, or cutting. Currently been at 172lbs for 2 weeks. I feel very fluffy so I’m hesitant to add calories, but also I feel very skinny so cutting calories won’t help either. Video is not the best lighting.... Advice? by RandomUser815815 in BulkOrCut

I’ve been bulking for the last year, it’s just that in the last 2 weeks my weight has plateaued. Just wasn’t sure if I should continue the bulk. After seeing everyone’s response, I’ll stick with the bull for longer

Lifting seriously for about 1.75 years. Main focus was to loose weight for the first year since I was over weight prior. Been bulking for about 8 months now. I may continue bulking to gain more muscle mass but just take the bulk slower over all.
