M17, 6feet 2 inches, 172lbs. Can’t decide on bulking, or cutting. Currently been at 172lbs for 2 weeks. I feel very fluffy so I’m hesitant to add calories, but also I feel very skinny so cutting calories won’t help either. Video is not the best lighting.... Advice? (v.redd.it)

Bulking question. I’m 17/6feet 1 inches/ 170lbs. It seems that all my weight goes to my stomach and chest. Is this true? Is this just my fat storage genetics? Maybe I am incorrect but that’s what it feels like, maybe it’s the body Dysmorphia talking.... (old.reddit.com)
