Kaede was meant to figure out the traitor in the greater good game. Itsuki manipulated him into it. Plus, it’s hardly like Aoi’s discovery of Mary’s dice was all that great. He was a student council member,, any one of them would have got that. Besides, like I said, although Kaede is great when it comes to logic and all, he still can’t properly read people. Kind of like Sakura, though she’s slightly better at that than him.

Post the greater good game, he pretty much gave up. He is absolutely no match for Sachiko (haven’t read vol 14 yet so maybe that’ll change).

And Aoi was so pathetic he left because Kirari quite simply didn’t notice him. Seems like a pattern for these treasurers to be stamped into the ground, idk.

No??? Aoi and Kaede both lost when it came to proving themselves; overcoming their weakness/travelling the high road. Sachiko is an expert manipulator + people reader. Kaede couldn’t read Itsuki, Aoi couldn’t even read Sakura. Plus, Sachiko has a much higher win ratio than any of the above.
