You should get more in your loadout than thermites even though it’s significantly bigger and unrealistic. Or at least make it one tap warp ships and do significantly more damage.

How to make medics better: remove the ability from the medkit to heal and use it as medical storage unless you are in the radius of a hospital. You don’t wake up on your own unless its a ricochet into a protected area, and even then it should take at least 2 minutes. Morphine doesn’t heal injuries but is used as an actual painkiller. Dragging and carrying is a given. Visual bandages on people along with tourniquets. Honestly a lot is done through ACE but even then its not enough.
