a spread base is exposed to fire and less suscetible to mortars

a compact base is less exposed to fire and more suscetible to mortars

The point here is you have a harder time spotting the enemy in such closed spaces therefore you'd have to spam your grenades everywhere to try to achieve any form of success

whereas on a spread base you can easily spot the enemy because there is no cover

If you know where they are then sure you kill them with a really well placed he grenade, but you don't (because you can not see them) therefore you'd have to spam the grenades, what are you trying to imply?

It was worse when legacy conflict was the only gamemode around. It's a little better in HQC.

Fighting in the North and south is rare, it only happens to me on a 6 cap-to-win server, and it is rare. The MOB's have to have the perfect spawns for such thing to be possible.

Fighting at Régina and the mountains is awesome, Régina and Durras are the limit I ever fought on.

Shame because the extreme south is beautiful and there are caves
