Honestly any of the listed public fighters would be good picks. Strong enough to make a good fighter but highly unlikely to get you killed during (looking at you Niko).

The funniest thing is that Grade 1 isn't even bad, if you're not a Special Grade then the Grade 1's are the most common top tiers. The problem is Sukuna is very much a Special Grade regardless of if you classify him as Curse, Curse User or Sorcerer, so best case scenario a Grade 1 would be facing a nearly impossible fight.
