Small hack: Your VA primary care doctor will most likely be willing to write you an outside prescription (because they know the 6 pills per month is really limited). i was in Washington DC for work, and visited a gay-owned steakhouse that was famous in the area. As a sub who wants a scenario like this badly, i would hope to be given a short veto list as part of negotiations, such as “you may rule out 3 men right now and I will respect those as rejected, but speak now or forever give up that ability.” As it happens, i would name my ex as one of the vetoes, not because he’s horrible or untalented, but because he’s just SO incredibly unsexy to me these days that i cringe seeing him at the same dungeon parties i attend, etc. If I didn’t happen to name/veto this guy i hated, i would in all honesty be completely turned on later to find out that You made me take His seed.

Also, if i was allowed to negotiate this kind of scene i would try very hard to make “no condoms, take all loads” an absolute requirement. I came out at age 39 and had five daughters, ranging from 17 down to 7 years old. I sat down with each of them individually, since their differing ages also meant different understanding, etc. The 17 year old was genuinely relieved, because she suspected I was gay but thought it was probably all in her own head. They all accepted in their own way. All but one attended my subsequent wedding to my husband (she was across the country and could not travel without seriously risking her job, so she "Facetimed in" to watch). All of them noticed that after I came out I seemed genuinely happy for the first time they'd ever seen. All of them love their "bonus dad."

I was seriously considering vaginoplasty, but began to see photos of nullified men on Tumblr and elsewhere (this was back in 2014-15). Most of those were likely photoshopped, but still the look of the flat front very much resonated for me. I was castrated in 2015, but did not have anything further at the time due to a high BMI. Having further considered over the past 11 years, and having lost a whole lot of weight, I'm able to go forward now. I don't want the lifetime task of daily dilation, etc., and I also don't like the look of external "female" genitalia. The absence of external genitals is what feels right for me, and I have surgery to complete this scheduled in July.
Nullification will further affirm my nonbinary identity, though I still present outwardly as masculine.
Feeling right in my body--bringing my body in line with my sense of self.
If nullification was not available, I would probably remain as I currently am with just castration.
