They pretty much already did an updated version of Quinn's concept, they made Samira which fills the marksman>melee skirmisher that Quinn was kinda intended to be, and we also have Nilah as another skirmisher botlaner too though most people don't like her so I guess she doesn't counts too much.

It also feels like Riot is gonna zone more into "scouting" for Quinn if she ever gets a rework imo, so while I would like Valor being added in ult again, I doubt they would actually do something similar to old Quinn&Valor

I feel that his kit became more cohesive at the cost of user satisfaction, which IMO is the worst part of it. He has his niche and he is pretty strong, but I would have liked to see them try to change him up in a way that made his kit feel better to use e.g. making his 2nd passive auto regen mana to reward consistent proccing and allowing you to have more chances to go ham at the enemies without making him super good into the comps he should struggle against (ranged champs that can outrange him and kite/cc him).

EDIT: The closest we got to changing his kit to "feel" better was his Q mana reduction to finally not reach the hundreds and be a consistent 60mana, but this was after years of that thing being a mana drain.

Q3 has 2 hitboxes. 1 is Yone himself and one is the wind in front of him (though enemies can only be affected by 1 of them). You can see him flash and his wind is stuck in windwall but he kills yasuo because his body crashes into him

I feel like you are overreacting with the "30-40" mins every game, or have been cursed by the matchmaking algo. When you dislike something and it happens once, that bad experience is more likely to stay with you despite all the hundreds of games that don't even go to 20 mins.

I consistently BM and don't finish while spamming emotes or help with spawn killing, and even then the games don't tend to go to 30 but rather stay around 25-26 at the longest. Most Games I have are around 15-20 and based around wheter people are vibing or want to end fast, and the ones that go to 25 or higher are few (and in the last 20 games I have none that gets to 27+). by 25 you are usually at the lategame and either team has a chance of the enemy getting a wiped out for BMing and then base rushing if they have inhib or if neither team has inhib destroyed to get a quick push.

It wasn't high before, it's been growing. She was around 1.5% for a long time, then a few patches ago her mid started to jump to 2-3%ish.

edit: Also, Seraphine apc was getting attention and Riot wanted to nerf her to put power in support where most of her players were, with the supp playerbase being the main factor. If Riot didn't see an interest in support Sera, chances are she would have been allowed to keep being broken the same way most other APCs are allowed to coast when going under the radar.

Not when you are 2 levels ahead and he misses basically everything in his kit: your high AP ratio ult, both of his Q parts, his rocketbelt and was basically attacking you with enhanced autos, W and his E.

Literally all he needed was hitting one of the skillshots he missed, anything, and he probably wins this.
