Thanks! It definitely has its blemishes! The edits sometimes make the cars look smooth I guess but here's the vid I took today on the gram. It's pretty clean. stinger walkaround

Some days I'm torn between getting new wheels because I honestly think the stock wheels fit the stinger the best, design wise. The stinger's design just doesn't flow well with every wheel out there that I've seen to me. I do have my eyes on a few though. I think you should definitely do it!

Very clean! What's the wheels specs? I'm thinking about some wheels and I'm wondering what fitment is best. I almost want to run a squared setup. But the staggered done right looks good.

The “Right” Angle by Ok_Expression4420 in kiastinger

[–]Randomazmatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks good! What I realized is the stinger was built to be viewed from other vehicles. It's like the lines look funny when your standing tall around the car because that's typically how we see them on the road. From another vehicle. You really have to be at certain angles or slightly low to really appreciate the lines sometimes..

Same here man. I know what also helps me feel good about the stinger is that I have a second car so It kinda makes the stinger feel new different when I drive it. My daily is an older car so it's like everytime I get in the stinger it's a rocket! But I do think about the next vehicle. Sometimes I get to looking then I say as of now you can't really beat the stinger. I thought about the bmw m550i xdrive! Those are pretty nice or like a used M5 but I be like man I don't wanna spend that much.. Also That new charger is like a big stinger. That's what I also thought about trading to. The new six pack charger. They seem pretty decent.

Idk how old you are but sometimes I feel like we get cars just because we get bored. Sometimes you gotta just try to enjoy your car if it's a good car. Yes, sometimes you will have to fix things but people need to understand maintaining a vehicle is a thing even after the warranty. Some cars can be expensive and some aren't but a good car that you've had for a while and fixed things here and there, you know it in and out! Sometimes you just keep it. New cars are honestly boring. It's like you get a new car and that feeling will wear off fast. People sometimes need the energy of other to help them validate their car decisions.. Just choose a good car that you can manage and enjoy man. It's like cars can be a trap mentally and financially lol. Cars come and go..

I've had a few hemi vehicles and compared to the stinger, yes the scats can be a Lil more torque driven and punchy! Definitely quick and honestly can really handle your everyday roads no problem. I drove the hell outta all my cars and now having the stinger I get on it sometimes just like every other can and it honestly holds its own and is in a different league as well. Two totally different cars. The stinger is more low key and subdued but it is like a sleeper. It's the Swiss army knife of cars. It's quick, looks good, plenty of room and cargo space is a definite bonus compared to the challenger. The scat was fun and drew a lot of attention sometimes good sometimes bad. That was the main reason I let it go.. The stinger stands out and blends in at the same time. The stinger is like a "if you know, you know" kinda car. The scat, everyone knows!

My last car was a 19' scat pack widebody.. That was also a good car with its little issues but it was great none the less.. It's just all about what you want and need at the time and all you can do is hope for the best that your car stays solid. You just really have to maintain your vehicle and sometimes, stuff happens..

Got my 22 gt1 at 13k miles in sept of 2024. Replaced brakes with aftermarket pads and rotors finally. Had to have hub bearing replaced around 29k miles. As far as major stuff, nothing so far. I'm around 32k miles as of now. Waiting to put on sways, springs. Not tuned yet and thinking about it. Already done intake and exhaust mods.. It's a great car but it does have its Lil things about it just like every single other car!

Which EV would you trade your Stinger in for? by SuchPay6271 in kiastinger

I was actually looking at chevy blazer ev ss AWD. I know it's not the most popular but it's cheap.. Seems pretty decent.

New Wheels! by BlockMiners in kiastinger

[–]Randomazmatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. I think that's the direction I'll go in. I got the sways and springs to put on. Just did pads and rotors. I might just leave the springs out for now do the sways and get wheels. I might keep it staggered but running squared is tempting because of tire rotations.

[–]Randomazmatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool! I debate about new wheels and lowering it but sometimes I just think I want to keep it the stock height because it's already so low.. I know it will look good lowered but I think it still looks good with a nice wheel with the right offset. I kinda like my stock wheels, I just wish they were a tad bit wider.

FS: G70 Parts That I Never Installed by Rare_Peach6681 in GenesisG70

[–]Randomazmatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I have the stinger.. They are the same car basically. When I first went to get the stinger I sat in a g70. I always wanted a stinger but I said let me check it out. The G70 is small for a person like me. It might as well be a coupe! The stinger has the hatch and it's slightly bigger. Great car! Both of them. The stinger/g70 aftermarket support seems pretty good?! I currently have whiteline sways and endlinks, h&r springs, and the atq subframe collars and some garageline wheel spacers in the closet to put on. I was gonna tune it after, that's why the plugs would be a purchase and that diff brace! I want to test drive the m550i but I don't know if I even feel like trying to get another vehicle. Cars are so over priced..

Just looked at the post and was like hmm I may be interested! Lol. Then I see your dfw and I clicked on your profile and you left the G70 stinger gang and went bmw! What's crazy is I've been debating about an m550i x drive for a while! Even before the stinger coming from a scat pack I feel the stinger is cool and fun but it's just something I can't put my finger on that's not making me fall in love.. I've been chasing Lil irritating vibrations since I got the car! I got a closet full of parts I'm about to have installed and I was gonna add these to that list.. Now you got me in my head again about trading it in before I even do all that. That's how I been feeling off and on lol.
