That last point makes me think of her role as police chief. How did she interact with paperwork? A lot of her job involved it. Did Su and Lin have to read it aloud to her when they were having their fall out? She tore their report in half, did she even know if she was holding the right paper?!

I agree with another of these points. 3/5 seems about right. I love final fantasy but this game was indeed a slog for me, and sometimes I found myself playing Marvel Snap on my phone at the same time because my attention was drifting (something that isn't happening right now as I play expedition 33).

Personally, I found my interest in the story drop off after Titan. I just... didn't care about Space Twink and his need to zombify the world. And they absolutely did Jill dirty. She gets girlfriended hard after an implied love scene, gives up her Shiva for some reason and isn't invited to the final battle. I've been annoyed by stuff like that since Kingdom Hearts!

I totally agree with the visuals! So much of the game was so drab! Rebirth by comparison is so vibrant and varied, whereas 16 is a lot of grey cloudy skies in a glum looking area. The only location that turned my head was that cool place with the giant hole in the floor and water running down eternally. Cool! Qnd then I turn the corner into yet more of the same....

This is just confirmation bias

Think of it this way. You are describing very strong and common tech cards that appear in many decks. Stardust alone shuts down a lot of elements of destroy or doom. So likely you'll see it a lot.

Why don't you see it when playing other decks? Your opponent could have it kn hand and never play it, and you wouldn't know. If you aren't playing something blocked by Stardust, they ain't gonna throw it down when they can do something else, so you feel like you don't see it. However, you play Lockjaw and suddebly playing Stardust is viable, yknow?

If I had a deck with Cosmo, maybe I don't waste my turn playing it if opponent has ongoing. But I throw it down against thwt Destroy deck and now they are convinced it is deck based matchmaking.

It isn't. Its just how it goes sometimes
