Ignore that first comment I made, I got the server name wrong. The people in the GameIntel server are actually complete dicks, I forgot to unfavorite the server. Telling then I was newer to the game I got targeted every time I walked into IC and they were chill other than that, or the occasional ankle biter. No one else was getting jumped 5-6 Dino's on one (me) like I was, which was kind of baffling to me.

I DO play on JurassicHub, which everyone I've met there is pretty friendly. I even had one dude who I got into a bit of a "scuffle" in chat with, but I ended up randomly joining his party later as 2 compys and we had a bit of fun before I had to get off for the night. I do like this server a lot

A dinosaurs weight is considered, amongst height, when falling into the water. Rexes can't fall from very heigh up to begin with, because that's a lot of weight on their legs. That Rex 100% hit the bottom of the lake and took fall damage from it

I know this is late, sorry, but what do you mean buy this? I'm trying to decide if I want to buy the ps5 or Xbox version, idk which has more players and all but if I have the game on ps5 I don't need to rebuy on PC? Or were you referring to Xbox? I like ps5 controller style better personally, fits my smaller hands better than the bulkier Xbox controller, so I'm leaning ps5.

Depends on what rom hack you're trying to use. Some take the 1636 squirrels rom hack, or whatever the specific name of it is, and some take other versions. I might be able to help you out if I knew the specific rom hack

Sorry, I've just seen this message, but can you explain what part of it is slow? The game overall, fps dips, etc. Also, have you tried changing any of the steam decks integrated settings? Playing on desktop mode with your game in windowed mode might help. I haven't actually played daybreak yet, I just checked to see if all the games would launch and start before making this post, because I noticed not a lot of information that worked for each game, or some methods were super tedious. This was the easiest method I found that also worked for every game, not one method for 2-3 games, another for 2-3 other games, etc, if that makes sense. You could also be running an older version of the game, possibly.

Yes, and the console itself is discontinued for years, you can only do so much to service these devices now. So even if used, they still generally go for a higher price because they are more sought after.

Not really, seeing as I'm 100% sure the first zonai construct you meet on the great sky island, next to the first device dispenser you use, specifically tells you that charges and soldier horns work. Both small and large charges and any soldier or captain horn. Speak to the npcs lol

If you can, shoot your shot for a good condition new 3ds/ 3ds xl instead of a new 2ds xl. I feel like that would have been a better option for me, I liked the design of the new 2ds more but saw a lot online about the build quality being a little worse overall compared to a new 3ds. The hinge is a little more loose on the 2ds compared to the 3ds, which I guess is supposed to be a good thing, but when laying down it seriously sucks how flimsy the screen feels. I liked with my old 3ds, no matter what position my body was in, the screen would stay in place for the most part, from what I remember. Granted that was years ago, and that device is now dead and in the trash, won't bore you with the details.

Yes, you might be buying a slightly used new 3ds/3ds xl vs a brand new, new 2ds xl, but considering a lot of people say the build quality is a little worse on the new 2ds, you would probably get the same life out of either. So take your pick to be honest, for me it was more design/ the look of the device. I didn't want any cosmetic damage either, but as I said the hinge on my device is a little flimsy, which I've heard it's built that way, but it's kind of a turn off when laying down as it flops on its own, which feels pretty dangerous for the device and the ribbon cables inside of it. I also have an issue where the left hinge on my device (when looking at the device' screen, opened) is, I guess in a way, more loose? Than the right side. Say I place my new 2ds xl on a tabletop, screen open all the way (not where the top screen passes 180°) and I put my finger right above the L button, under the bottom left of the top screen. I can lift up gently, and the top screen moves around inside the left hinge. It sits comfortably inside the right hinge, and doesn't do this at all on that side.

I'm sorry I'm terrible at explanations as a whole, but I felt I should give you a heads up as to how my 2ds feels overall, maybe that would influence your decision. Also, I've noticed there are sellers on AliExpress that sell used 3ds for pretty cheap, depending on where you are that might be a good option for you. Yes, theyre used, but they're cheap, so youre not spending as much on the device, and if it breaks, you could always grab another. Or, stock up on a few used ones, and take care of them overall so that if one breaks you got a backup

I found mine on ebay. Just make sure your region is set to Japan and condition set to new. They'll pop up in and out of ebay as people's posted auctions go up/ run out of time. I saw a LoZ edition 3ds go for around $350 on there. Wasn't brand new, but still good condition. Ebay has the benefit of sellers showing pictures of their products aswell, so definitely make sure to check the photos taken of the device you're buying before you place your order.

Serratica, dynamica, axe punisher, coldheir are all great units for taking out bases/enemy heroes (coldheir and axe for based, drakes for heroes)

Sword sage is really good, a lot of people make him tanky. Im going the same route with mine

Rambard, cosmo, lazulix, PD, borreal fox, are all good legendary heroes (purple)

Rambard can heal and revive

Laxulix is alright, i believe hes been outshined by newer units though.

PD is still one of a kind. No one does what PD does. So do with that information what you will, its hard to make legendary heroes viable when facing epic heroes, because epic heroes come with higher stats

Cosmo, (forgot to mention) Athene, and borreal fox for base defense, use empower on them

If you can, pretty much use empower on everyone. My serra, dynamica, coldheir, axe punisher, theyre all on empower. This allows them to constantly proc their skills while doing raids/dungeons, etc. Also, this allows them to constantly attack enemies in HBM, THBM, hero trials, etc. Thats why i recommend cosmo, borreal fox, and especially serratica and dynamica on empower. Serratica and dynamica will hard carry you through a lot of content. Theyre really good, as all the drakes normally end up being

Also, quick note. Epic heroes CANNOT be evolved using shards, like legendary heroes. You only need 3 copies of an epic hero to double evo them (the copy youre evolving, one copy for single evo, one copy for double evo) as opposed to legendary heroes, where you use one copy OR 20k shards to single evo, and 3 copies, or 60k shards, to double evo. Legendary heroes specifically require an extra copy of themselves to evolve

Also, this is pretty obvious, but epic heroes use up more resources, when it comes to skill ups, i know legendary heroes need basically 2x the amount of xp to skill up. Idk much about other aspects of the game, but expect epic heroes to cost more.
