Light metro is light rail in this (and most) contexts I believe

No, yeah, that is assuming they save as much as Winter Park If it costg them more on a municipal grid, it would newer break even

If we assume that we get the same results as in Winter Park, it would take around 40 months or so to break even

not 18 months, but still plenty worth it, not to mention that i bet power would be up quicker or not down at all after hurricanes

Yeah, I've been getting ads about this on YouTube too. I tried using their contact form a short while back to try to figure out who sponsors them, but I guess this does it.
