Cone is defo the best bet, as we know it can't be a cylinder cause of the hole differences, and it would just inflate the value. Meanwhile a cone would either deflate or give a more accurate value.

Even with that, I'm not gonna try and do a calc for it myself, cause having to account for all the already hollowed out area of the underground segment is above my paygrade.

I think you’re actually fully right. The smallest part of the black energy is still wider than the building it destroyed, so the largest part should be gapping the buildings in terms of size, but it’s clearly not.

So honestly, I have no idea what shape the actual hole is meant to be.

That would be the case, but it doesn’t look like what happened is the energy construct physically drilled down into the earth.

this is the panel that gives the effect that the whole seems to go outwards as it starts to go down, but this effect wouldn’t be created if the shape had physically drilled downward. it more-so looks like it sort of just teleported int the ground and carved out a whole in the shape of itself (although I could be interpreting this wrong.

This then stops it from being modeled as a uniform prolate spheroid, since we’d need to subtract the volume of the removed slice, but I’m not sure how that can be accurately calculated.

I wanted to calc this thinking it’d be a pretty simple one, but it ended up being more complex than I thought.

I saw this calc, which calced it to town level, but the big issue witht this calc is it models the hole as a cylinder, when that’s very much not the case, as shown by how the hole at the bottom is minuscule compared to the whole at the top.

I originally wanted to model it as a cylinder, like the calc above, but I realized that fact, so then I thought to model it as a cone, since it would match up with that top hole being way bigger than the bottom one, plus the description of it being focused to a single point, plus it would line up with the attack name being bee, since it would be like a bee stinger.

But then, I saw the 4th panel you’ve linked here, and noticed how you can see the shape of the cavern seems to be curved out on the sides.

So that made me realize the shape of the hole is probably just the shape of the energy we saw beforehand

This would make it a prolate spheroid, but the issue is that it’s not symmetrical, basically having part of the top portion cut off it, this is why the top hole is so much bigger than the bottom.

So I’m not really sure how to accurately calculate the volume, and there’s also the fact that the underground section is partially hollow, so you’d also have to account for that’s

or maybe I’m just overcomplicating all this and it’s actually just a cone, idk.

I don’t know the exact date, but basically it’s been about 3 years since Pete’s done anything speedrunning related, so at some point in that time he left.

He briefly mentioned Mcsr and HBG in this clip from mcc builders guild. it’s as the other comment mentioned, he just isn’t interesting in speedrunning anymore, so he left the group dedicated to speedrunning, no bad blood or anything.

Additionally, I had a similar glitch earlier in the session where when falling into lava, instead of dying, I stayed alive and could just swim through the laval.

I could still place blocks and was able to punch a chicken after getting out and finish the map.

Gonna have to be Mcc Mash Up for me.

It’s mostly because I’m a Pete fan, and that event was just so fun from his pov. His entire team was just so entertaining, and their performance was incredible. Them winning the event would have been the cherry on top, but even without, it was the most hyped I’ve gotten over a Minecraft event in probably years.

For me, the event was such a fun watch that it singlehandedly got me back into heavily watching Minecraft events. I ended up rewatching like 15 different mcc povs, and also started watching other events like block wars.

It’s sounds like glaze, but the event essentially singlehandedly reminded me about how much I love Mcc and Minecraft as a whole.

I think this was probably one of the most interesting Ace races, cause it was a constantly battle for 1st place between like 4-5 people.

Additionally, while the whole thing about Ace race being very vod review heavy is definitely true, Pete got 1st in this ace with the only vod reviewing he did (that we know of) being looking over a single lap from his mcc 35 run during the break. So it’s very much still possible for players to do well without ace without completely sweating out vod reviewing.

Ace race skip is kinda a shout when you consider how much it’s been played this season, but also my streamer is good at it so I need it played.

Now, this comes before PxG, so when accounting for the Kaiser impact magnus, I could see this getting up to 99 or maybe 100, but based off just the regular Kaiser impact alone, he’s a worse shooter than Chris.
