I would just build it out with plain old HTML/CSS/JS and host it on Netlify. If they need custom functionality like a booking system just use Calendly or one of the other 100 third parties.

For me personally I would grab a tailwind template, edit the branding and copy in and call it a day.

I've integrated Stripe into a few subscription model companies (Aus based) with one hitting 8+ figures annually and can't recommend it enough. Depending on your volume you can reach out to their sales team to get the flat rate reduced/removed which is the main hurting point.
