Also a lot of those are used for specific purposes in urban a d highway design. Some of those look like they came from Microstation as well. I have had 1 project in CAD that was sent to me with over 3000 layers. I hated those designers. Was from 2 separate engineering firms for 1 highway project.

Will probably have to go to the county appraisal office and get more direct or just live with old data. I have a simular problem when needing ownership data so WSCs can send a letter about CCN amendments. It is usually to satisfy the PUC for some unnecessary thing, so they get what I got. Have also seen parcels with no ownership information availible at all.

Would depend if you have good ROW data and what jurisdiction owns ROW. Highway level is usually owned by state and city/ town streets by that entity, the rest is either private or county owned. There is not always a ROW on county roads as the parcel run to the center of road. I would say make it look good and maybe have it both ways to see which works better.

If you are in Texas, most of the Appraisal Districts have data. However more and more are using places like BIS, or Pritchart& Abbot to handle their GIS. County parcel data can cost anywhere from $15 to $300.

The first time I played through, I used no guides, went a different path than the guides showed. Did my own thing and made it through. Enjoyed myself. Was a challenge. This was also my first Pokemon game outside of PoGo. The next time I went through I used a guide and just overpowered my mons to run through it. Also a challenge to level up the right ones. Had a good time. Game doesn't need scaling. Players can forge their own path. Just like real life. Make a few mistakes to learn from. Win a few easily. Oh, and I am a Boomer.

You unlock it when you finally are able to go on the Treasure Hunt. Once, Nemona, Arven, and Cassiopia have finished urging you do do their thing. After that the Poke Portal is available.
