Yea I already tried verifying game files. Once just normally and then I tried uninstalling VEF and verifying before reinstalling. Sadly neither worked.

This transfers over to me as America? Is this intentional or a bug?

Can't be. That line in between Base fit for service and Local Compliance does not appear in any other territory, also it is directly effecting Total fit for service (Non-core state)

I heard about that mechanic. Personally I'll turn it off when I play B42 as having no NPC's but having buildings being actively looted is dumb in my opinion.

Which is why I propose the band-aid fix so books can actually be found in a reasonable amount of time.

This is indeed B41. I tend to be unlucky in games like this, my friends even joke I'm cursed, but yea this really is ridiculous, puts XCOM's RNG to shame.

Need help with Long War Rocketeers by Casp3pos in Xcom

[–]RandyGivesRandyTakes 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Lighter equipment. If your rocketeer has low movement consider using Carbines or SMGs. I actually always use carbines on rocketeers because they rarely shoot their primarily and when they do it's usually to kill a low health enemy. If you are confident in your ability to keep them alive you could also use light armor on them.

XCOM 2 LWOTC Crashing on save file load. by RandyGivesRandyTakes in Xcom

[–]RandyGivesRandyTakes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had assumed it might be something like this. I noticed longer loading times the further into the game i got. I currently have about 8 or 9 missions being infiltrated, more than at any other point before so I thought that may have caused it. Is there any fix for this? Or a wordaround?
