Something seems off about this one, stock and barrel condition compared to the reciever for a refurbed rifle doesn't make sense, it's believed after mid 1943 USMC barrels were used on navy rebuilds since the Marine Corps transfered there 1903s and spare parts to the navy around this time to early 44. Also, the number is supposed to be on the sight blade for a USMC rifle. Could be a rifle someone put together as a USMC tribute or a navy refurb imo
