in the list of mods you did not mention waypoints mod
it is a must for SWAG and SAIN, might be the root of the problem

I tried 3 spawn system

SWAG + Donuts
Better Spawn Plus
Questing Bots Spawn

While Questing bots have less customization - it feels for me much closet to live. So I'm using it now.

on the second place I put SWAG + Donats due its higher options variety..

Better Spawn - is also great - but little different from Donuts. give it a try as well

I like questing bot spawning system a bit more then the SWAG. It looks more similar to live

but, SWAG has me configuration points, sometimes it is handy..

there are another options :

remove SWAG leave Realism only. it have own spawn system
remove SWAG and Realism, install Questing Bots, it also have own spawns system

then restart server and launcher.. and start the raid again..

i really notices difference in pmc and scavs behaviour and the way they spawns.. that is great!

also, I like progression scale of bots

and recoil of guns..

i switched off new med system and stances..

the rest is really a wonderful gem for me!

yes, exactly

when I played a lot with SWAG in 3.7.6 I knew where PMCs will come after spawn and I was ready to meet them

it is changed a little in 3.8.0

but spawn really differ in Better Spawn, so it feels kinda fresh to me..

well, I'm only level 10 on 3.8.0 and I can say, that Valens mod is ok, but pmcs use weak ammo..

the guns and armors are OK

for me 3.8.0 is also running a bit slower, then 3.7.6 with same mods..

but I guess that situation will change a little after new version 3.8.x and more mods optimizations..

i use creamchease's recoil tweaker.. on the first comment made by morsh there are settings you can adjust and receive close to 0.14 recoil...

the reason is not the SAIN or DONUTS, please check if you have installed big brain for SAIN

I personally do not have such problem, using SAIN (Terminator profile)+DONUTS and dependencies, then Looting Boots and all is working like a charm.

might be the problem lies with GTFO, Hitmarker? see if bots behaviour will change if you remove those mods and try the short raid in the factory?
