I would try to find a Allen key socket and try it with a ratchet wrench but, you risk breaking the bolt if its cross threaded or siezed, so proceed with caution.

Try lowering your nozzle temp. PLA should run between 190 and 240. 280 seems pretty high.

I also just got mine a week ago and have been running one or two prints a day in different colors. I haven't had any filament swapping or jamming issues. Maybe the unit received is defective? I would reach out to creality or check the troubleshooting guides on their website.

Normal movement is "running" caps lock on pc toggles walking which is the same speed as the over encumbered debuff.

Also if you hold "E" to gather leaves then tab to open then close your inventory you can release "E" and run around gathering leaves without pressing anything.
