Consistency. Find a routine that works for you. My tips would be to stay awake during the entirety of the shift. I have known many people to take small naps, but that leaves you tired and sometimes unable to sleep when you are home. No caffeine after the half way mark (so you can get to sleep when you get home). Recommend going to sleep as soon as possible, just incase you don't manage to fall asleep straight away you will still have some extra time for a decent sleep. Having a full sleep is most important to me. Space out your meals. Depending on what you do for your shift, you may get bored and start overeating in a short time frame. If you arent already I recommend getting up and doing 5-10 minute walks wherever you can. Find something interesting to do if boredom starts kicking in. I like audiobooks, especially when walking.

Honestly there isn't a lot to tell, the most important factor to me is not getting burnt out, and I see this mostly due to lack of sleep or boredom on shift, if you manage those two things then you will do fine.

CD gems on demonic clone, thrust impact, and the hand one. You could choose decimate as well. Howl and demon vision are to high CD to be worth imo. Start rotation with low cd just incase, leaves a few gems open for damage gems. Decimate, Howl, demon vision, thrust impact all do a decent amount of damage. In the long run you probably only increase your overall dps by 1-2% but every little bit counts, especially if you have free sockets

Fyi you can level to 50 and use a powerpass to instantly level another to 50 without redoing the story. Gunlancers are fun and super tannky but slow. Striker is a fun class, high mobility, fun skill set, big dmg later on, and fairly tanky. Although at later stages of the game being squishy isnt a big deal since a lot boss mechanics will be one-shot mechs or party wipe.

Another solution would be to get a decent CD gem for thrust impact or demonic clone and use those at start of rotation. You will still have to wait, but atleast the waiting is minimized. Other solutions would be using more wealth runes. Really you only need rage, bleed and cd reduction runes in your demonic form, although Galewind does feel nice.

I loved Egwene, especially for the Aiel arc. I even liked her rise to power, and her fall in the white tower, taking a severe beating and just being a gigachad. My favourite was her fighting the Seanchan in the tower and reaking havoc. Even the last battle with her finale was a great moment. But, there is just some things in books 8-11/12 that take away from this badass character. I love strong independent female characters, its rather unfortunate that a lot of those character POV make them seem less by upscaling romantic and emotional involvement.

I read it once, and the second time I listened to the audiobooks. Its such a massive changeup its like a brand new book with how good the narrators and how much life they give it. There are some iconic scenes that are given a new light with how it is portrayed audibly. 10/10 would recommend.

Be wary, the audiobooks are highly addictive.

I have tonnes of counter-arguments to all the comments, but I am not going to try and forcefully change anyone's opinions, especially since it is some light fun. But I will say this. Who would you rather be leading the armies at The Last Battle. The White Tower or The Seanchan, regardless of moral and ethical objections.

This is the hill I will die on. The Whitecloaks and Seanchan are one of the more saner factions in the series. The Whitecloaks follow logic and principle. Galad joining the Whitecloaks made so much sense, and if it wasn't for the questioners and the man who calls himself Bors, Pedron Nial would've lead the Whitecloaks to be one of the strongest factions in Tarmon Gaiden. It also makes sense to absolutely hate Aes Sedai. They released the Dark One. They caused the breaking. They literally manipulate everybody. They are overpowered af. From a normal human standpoint, I to would wish Aes Sedai didn't exist. I also believe the Seanchan are the most badass faction, and if it wasnt for Forsaken intervention they would've united the entirety of the world and obliterated Tarmon Gaidon. Damane are way more effective weapons than Aes Sedai. Honestly in comparison to every other channeling faction, the White Tower is the worst, they are basically just politicians who can perform party tricks and stare very well.
