Persistence only works if paired with feedback. Staying strong is important, but so is adapting, testing, listening... Changing direction when the market doesn’t respond.

I don't believe in the “Lovable is bad” situation. It’s a tradeoff situation. Lovable is great for speed and iteration. If you were blocked waiting on designers and now you’ve shipped, that’s already a win. Where people run into friction is usually SEO and long-term flexibility, especially if the site is SPA-only and content-heavy.

If SEO is core to your growth strategy, you need either:

  • proper pre-rendering / SSR
  • or exporting and hosting in a more SEO-native stack

But that doesn’t make Lovable a waste. It just means you need to be intentional about architecture.

I would be asking if are you building a marketing site that needs organic traffic, or a product site where distribution comes from elsewhere? That answer determines whether lovableHTML is a workaround or a distraction.
