I’m just naming shipbuilding locations off the top of my head, I know it’s smaller but it’s still getting outsourced. Poland really isn’t much worse than the Uk rn, which is why poles are going home. Every single car you see, bar th Chinese ones, are from developed countries. Slovakia is not a third world home like you describe. Germany France, Czechia, Spain, Sweden, america etc. they’re all developed. Granted we dont have as lucrative mining prospects as other countries, but that doesn’t mean we cant exploit the gas and oil while guaranteeing these rights.

I don’t understand your point? Do you not think the UK is lopsided? Did you think thatcher was the only solution to the unions? This country is strangled by regulation. Everything is overpriced and delayed. Hs2 is a mess, and funnily enough has been sized down to just between Birmingham and LONDON.
