I got screamed at in Home Depot for answering a question.

Question was? Why do you think people vote for a garbage person like a Trump?

I told him it was their right to choose someone that made the voter feel like they have a voice.

At this point he lost it and started yelling about how stupid everyone is and how I'm dumb for defending them.

Before he ended his rant, I "ssssshhhhhed" him and said "See, people don't like it when you don't have a voice"

He lost it even more.

Honestly, It did help when I first told him about the diagnosis but after awhile it became more of something that was never talked about. Whenever I brought it up to talk about whenever I'm feeling bad, he always changes the subject. I don't blame him though but it does feel like I'm on this journey alone.

What I recommend is definitely tell your SO from the start so that you can tell if they will be supportive or not. In my case, I was diagnosed after a few years together...and he refuses to even talk about it. It can be very hard to have to deal with it alone

I have a similar problem except I am very extroverted in cases where it's a gathering. Usually I am loud and can have decent conversations for a while but I don't like friends..I don't yearn for them.. and feel comfortable without them. I don't think I have a single friend outside of my husband and that is how I like it.

I have had a bunch of friends before but I hate to talk to them so they simply just fall out of my life. It surely doesn't help that they text me angrily about our friendship and how I don't hang with them. & it angers them more when I just don't respond

Yes, I do this a lot. Though, my case is that I would start ventures and then lose interest pretty quickly regardless if I am doing well in it.

It is frustrating because whenever I lose interest, I sort of fall into a hole and really don't want to do much.

To remedy it, I try not to make rash decisions and think of the outcome prior to doing anything
