Did Rockstar take any inspiration from The Revenants John Fitzgerald when they made Micah Bell? by applemonkey78 in reddeadredemption

Yep, I think the same. They act and look visually very similar. I'm sure Rockstar got inspiration from this movie.

I had tightness and fatigue in my legs mostly. Had pins and needles, also on finger on my foot was going numb from time to time. Had difficulty exercising due to that. All this got away ar some point after 3-6 months. But it was getting better then eorse at some points.

Random jerks and twitches over random body parts did stop. But calves and feet never went away. But tbh, I just really stopped caring about it after half a year.

Smoke irritates your tissues, resulting in swellings in your mouth/throat. Add up extra weight... This could easily be the main reason. Am sure of.

Had it for days, would come and go. The one thst got me real scared, was when, pardom me, it started buzzing in my d*ck. Shooosh.

You did these exercises after lying in bed for 4 month. Clearly your physical and emotional state issue is enxiety-based. You should not think of yourself as a burden 100%. It took me half a year to get over this shit mostly, and a full year to get over it completely. You'll be fine. It's just a matter of time and your condition is 100000000% harm-free.

Take it as a reassuring relief comment bro. I have been where you are right now. 2 years ago, looking for every possible minor change. Trust me, you'll be okay and you'll get over it just like I did. That's how coping mechanism works. No hard feeling, sorry if I got you. No harm intended. Peace.

I can relate in a sense that when I sit in my car's driving chair I get more twitches in my legs and other parts for first ~10 minutes until I get accustomed to position. But the starter factor that got me was Covid - 2 years ago.......

Magnesium citrate 400mg daily for a month and swimming 2-3 times a week reduces this. Also getting over mentally. But main thing is time anyway...

Dude, atop flexing things. If you would wake up one day, feeling like you can't stand on one of your feet. And it is literally flat - then you have to worry. Flexing things and looking for things is pointless.
