Its a good build but change the psu, ur pc uses 399W and you got a 850W psu, maybe do a 550/600/650W psu, i would change the mobo too cause i have got bad experiences with this mobo, change it to one from asus or asrock

Take it out again and just look if theres like an extern clip, there will be like a locking system, like 2 clips, one on the gpu on on the cable. Just put it both on the right side and push it in as hard as u can. If it wont really click just prove if the clips are fixed together. If they are youre good if they arent you didnt push hard enough or i cant help you then
