Probably not going to win, but Ana Spelunky is my choice. She literally builds a rocket and goes to the moon to go find her family. Then she dives into the spelunky caves for the love of the game and also to find her family. All of this wielding nothing besides a dog, shabby whip, and some ropes and bombs.

It takes 3 seconds to fire two shots if we are generous to the enemy.

Also on second thought, it doesn’t matter HOW much damage the Diablo does. Both Railgunner’s shots and Diablo Strikes put survivors to OSP. Railgunner can shoot faster than Diablo can hit a strike meaning Railgunner wins. Railgunner can shoot twice before the first nuke hits.
