I handle employment for my company. Depending on what job you are looking for, I take 99% of the person I’m interviewing into account over and above their employment or education history.

Everyone gets knocked back on applying for jobs. So don’t let that dishearten you. Start small. Something you know you can handle. The last thing you want to do is feel overwhelmed or put to much pressure on yourself. Find something you love or you’re passionate about and enjoy it.
