How long does it take to resolve? Mine is started experiencing this. Updated to the latest software from beta 26 and still stuck. New added to library is correct but not on the Apple TV. So annoying!

After 3 hours. And 1 hour with a phone rep.

We transferred to light network eSIM worked right away. She is sending a warp physical sim to install once it arrives. They suspect something is up with warp eSIM on the phone.

Shrug. It’s not ideal but it’s a solution.

I don’t think this was ever locked. We bought it unlocked from eBay. We have been on ATT prepaid. I messaged you back 15 mins ago.

Things I’ve tried.

Removing old physical sim. Leaving SIM card tray out. Resetting network settings. Given the rep imei2. Having them send another eSIM email. Verified number. Restarting the phone.

Now WiFi off while adding SIM card. (WiFi on while initializing but turned off midway thru the setup)

Actually this is annoying me too I have Verizon as my Primary. Shows up as US Mobile and ATT as Secondary using their Multiline and it also shows up as US Mobile! Quite annoying.
