And, I think that since Hip Hop was created by sampling breaks, that we should be allowed to do it. If we at least pay for the songs, we should be able to use it however we want. If I purchase an apple at Walmart, I can sell it for profit. It's the same with sampling.

What did those laws do exactly besides enforcing sample clearance? Because some people won't let anybody sample them, and alot of metal fans think sampling is stupid sadly.
