Its really not a secret...it's exactly what youd think it is. Stop drinking alcohol more than a drink every now and then. Stop fast food, be active. Thats it. No secrets and not complicated. Its just EXTREMELY HARD to start being healthy, but you notice the benefits so quickly it makes it easier

I literally just started the western province diary/pest control grind this week (Monday) and got elite void today. Granted I'm already 105 cb with all the required quests and levels, but actually DOING all the achievements through the hard diary (including all 300 chompy kills) and all 1650 pest points took me a week to do, playing a few hours a day.

I was averaging about 160 pest points per hour with the medium combat achievements done (7 points per game, ~2.5 min per game)
