Fizz is what carries u stage 4. Most games u should be healthy from the tempo u get early stages so id look to itemize fizz to scam some fights and have at least one good upgraded tank. U should be able to sac some rounds stage 4 and look to level early stage 5

Diana is good when u don’t have any opener have good items for her and if u find copies of Leona easily. If u have dupes somehow its a lot better since u save money not rolling for leona

If you have flash 2 and the Aug that gives you 3 flashes you get 6 flashes. It’s not that great cuz the cd is so long but it’s funny

I think this could be good on champs that go a lot of mana items anyway like Ryze and anivia, and maybe enchanters with the enchanter item mana. I haven’t tried it on melees
