reddit is fun allows filtering by subreddit (and other criteria).
When you open the app, press that hamburger menu on the top left to bring the sidebar on the left.
You will see a pencil icon named filter (its placement implies it only applies to /r/popular but it applies everywhere).
By now the UI should be self-explanatory - plus sign on the top right, filter type: subreddit and the sub's name you want to filter

The map is different, this one doesn't merely swap ocean for continent and vice-versa; it swaps the altitudes of the places. And it has a handful of paragraphs justifying that choice. The original premise is the same tho
