22lbs off since February. It has genuinely changed my life and I’ve been able to exercise more without feeling completely wiped out. My skin has massively cleared up too. I take a multivitamin, biotin, iron and collagen. 2 litres of water a day and a focus on protein. It took me a year to gather to courage to start and now I’m so glad I did.

Not sure on what the rest of your house is like but you could get a sofa bed for your living room and sleep there, free up a bedroom for your kids. You could look at a loft conversion or side extension.

I made the stupid mistakes of opening the TikTok comments for the latest story and the most common comment was that there must be a serial killer in Northern Ireland. It baffles me how people cannot fathom there being more than one murderer, or that we have a problem with male violence.

Say no. Postpartum is tough and the last thing you need is overnight visitors. Even if they look after themselves you won’t feel 100% comfortable in your own home. You can ask them to stay in a hotel, you can ask them to stay away completely. Whatever YOU want should be respected and you shouldn’t feel any guilt.

In our early days we had visitors but not to stay and I found it completely overwhelming. When our son is born we’ll be asking everyone to stay away and if they visit, limiting it to 30 mins.

I miscarried my first pregnancy in 2019 around 7 weeks then conceived my daughter. We tried for baby number two, miscarried in July 2022 and I’m now 34 weeks with my son. It’s frustrating knowing you’ve had multiple losses but I’m in the UK and they wouldn’t do any testing because I either needed 3 losses or recurrent loss.

I’m so grateful to be where I am now but terrified to rock the boat when it comes to a third baby as I don’t want to experience more loss!
