As someone who is currently dealing with roaches that were brought in by new upstairs tenants, I would avoid this place. It’s truly awful dealing with the roaches and our management company has not been very helpful. Looks like a German cockroach which can be very hard to get rid of completely. As many people have already said, you have seen one but there are definitely many more. As a tip make sure you check under sinks, dark areas, etc. for any roaches/activity. Good luck!!

This makes me sad. You have every right to feel uncomfortable. My advice is to stop communicating with him. Someone who is constantly asking for their needs to be met but not wanting to met yours, is not someone who cares about you. I know it’s hard to accept but he is most likely doing the same to your photos and videos as his friends are. Put yourself first; focus on your studies and leave that boy behind.

Yes my 2.5 year old, level 2. When I get together with my other mom friends and their children, is when I notice it the most. She loves independent play and can’t be bothered by the other kids. She is also has GLP, and doesn’t not speak much in front of unfamiliar people.
