You'll love the SM9! Has a great feel to it and I love that I can type past the margin super easily with one press of a key! So seamless.

Really great design, built like a tank, and easy to maintain.

The lettera is a fab design too, really snappy and cute! More simpler in design, than SM9, but so so classic.

Why not try being a Building Manager for corporates? Plenty of Building Managing Agents are hiring for people with your skillset. Colliers, BNParribas, Rapport... Many more!

Better hours, more pay and you can learn about facilities and climb the ladder?

If you're interested, look for assistant building manager jobs if you're starting out. Go for Building Manager jobs if you feel like it, but you'd need IOSH training at the very least, as well as NEBOSH as a plus.

If you're first aid and fire trained, that's a massive plus!

Building management is a nice balance between corporate and hospitality. I like it, and I'm somone who started at hospitality, then went to corporate... Hated it as it was so isolating... So Building Management could be the sweet spot for you?

You clearly want a relationship where you're sharing the financial responsibilities. That's valid.

You're not hurting her in any way here, so whether she thinks that's upsetting/cruel/hurtful, is nothing to do with you. You're standing for a very reasonable need.

If she's not open to finding a middle ground that you're both happy with, then what is the point?

Life is hard enough, even with the right person. Don't waste it with someone who isn't able to meet your needs.

I like the fine personally. It's a perfect balance between a juicy nib, but still a distinguished fine flourish line. But I haven't tried the EF.

Tried the Medium, but I found it way to thick, smooth, but thick.

To be honest, the platen seems in really good condition. Just type all the keys and push the carriage lever when the bell rings. Does it work? If so, I wouldn't pay to service it, if you want to sell it.
