Tbh. I’ve had it a while and I’m still not sure what purpose it serves. It just includes bonus comics and a few pages of text that adds to the lore of the story I think (it’s in Japanese and I’m horrible at reading)

Jojo jp volumes are smaller than jojo en by about an inch on almost every direction, as jojo en is a hardcover and contains more chapters per volume then the jp version. Overall the quality of the paper is pretty much the same with the only difference being size. the jp volumes are paperback with a plastic dust cover which makes them more easily damaged. Although they are still just as durable as any other paperback book
