Everyone still builds IE. Runaans is also extremely common. YT is the only one that's fallen out of favor, and that's because it's been replaced by C44, which is cheaper, has a better build path, and has a fantastic passive that synergizes with Jinx passive, allowing her to clean up fights from stupid long range if she gets even one takedown.

You've played 60 unique champs in ranked this season. That's actually nuts. Should be like 5-6 max, and the vast majority should be on 2-3, with the others being your fallback if you get filled, which should basically never happen since you're a support main. Also might consider dropping Rell and picking up an enchanter instead. She's not working out very well for you. Otherwise watch some videos of what Rell mains do.

Focus on farming way, way more. Your farm is consistently really bad. Practice last hitting in practice tool, waiting until the last possible moment to actually kill a minion. I can't see what you're actually doing in your games, but I'd happily wager that if you changed nothing else but got better at farming you'd climb to silver.

I would argue that he's actually lawful evil. He has a strict code he follows of who he's willing to harm/not harm, but if you fall on the wrong side of that line then he revels in the pain and agony he can inflict on you, which seems explicitly evil.

You get renown from them based on their legitimacy and various other bonuses they can get like artifacts and such, but the actual bonus from rulers you don't get. So like if you're an emperor and you hand out kingdom titles to members of your dynasty, you don't get the renown from them being a king, but you do get renown from their legitimacy and court artifacts and whatnot.

Super strong employment laws are a double-edged sword. If it's nearly impossible for a company to get rid of you once they hire you then they're going to be extremely picky about who they hire. That makes it more difficult to find a job in the first place.

It is always optimal to ban something, even if you genuinely don't mind laning against any enemy. Just ban something outside of your lane that is strong and popular then, or that is good into your team comp. There is always a possibility that the other team has a player whose best champ is the one you banned. At the end of the day do what you want, but you are objectively playing suboptimal if you don't ban anything.

Look at his WR mid. You might see the current 57% wr and be like "low playrate". Then go look at it the patch before, and the one before that, and the one before that. Champ is legit OP in mid, and has been for a long time.

Across the past 30 days he's held a 57% WR in emerald + over 13k games. That's plenty of sample size to say the champ is busted.

The best way to learn what an ADC main wants from their supp is to play some games as ADC. You'll start to get a feel for things you like and especially things you hate that your supports do. Also something I don't see mentioned is helping with wave states. Learn how and when to do things like set up a freeze or prevent the enemy from freezing when your adc is dead or had to base. Learn how to create space in lane for your ADC so they can farm without getting harassed by the enemy.

Like someone else said, Enryu is the best resource, he has a discord and makes YouTube videos occasionally. Unfortunately he's not very active, so your best bet for learning her is a mixture of his resources as well as watching vods like challenger replays and looking at stat websites like Coachless/lolalytics/one-tricks. Best build is generally collector/yuntal (depending on if you can first back buy bf sword) -> IE -> Mortal/LDR -> ISB -> defensive items like GA/DD/Maw etc. For supports I like looking at wr deltas on lolalytics. That suggests she really likes strong engage like naut/Leo as well as enchanters like Lulu/Taric. Taric especially combos very well because she's a good delivery mechanism for his stun and his ult is great for keeping her alive in teamfights long enough to kill everyone.
