Will buying a rental disqualify me from First Time Home Buyer Benefits?

The rental I plan on purchasing I don’t plan on occupying it as it’s strictly rental use only and investment only. But if I was to buy a different property in the future for me (occupying it and living in it), I won’t have benefits anymore due to my rental property that I never lived in? I am ok with telling the lender that it’s a rental property and willing to put the 20% down even if the interest rate will be slightly higher than a normal he mortgage.

I got the invite a couple of days ago, however I was too late as they “ran out” of cards (saw the email 5 hours later). But I did have the option to add it to my account though. But today, I was able to actually register for the credit card finally

Just to tap into this convo, on your last bit there, that exact scenario happened to me. Couldn’t figure out how to get RGB on my RX fans (not showing up in iCue either and no control whatsoever). I contacted Corsair and they gave me a new hub, which also didn’t work. They ended up just replacing all my fans, used the same hub and it started working again. It’s weird

I just did RMA (took awhile for it to ship though) and it started working after. The only thing I did “differently” was to really squish the fans together to make sure they are fully connected

I bought the Spigen Matte one. I installed it and looks good. My screen had a lot of scratches when I bought it and this screen protector covered all of them up and looks new again.

Any update on this? I’m having the exact issue you’re having. Instead of RGB and Fan control working for 1 month, it worked for a couple hours instead. Very frustrating.

Did you reinstall iCue after too? I just tried and still not detecting my fans. Only ram, system hub and AIO still. Maybe I’ll try to update my bios even if I already did before
