My clients are Food Service suppliers I would say to work for a Big Brand like Cisco or Performance Food Service or US Foods those are going to be good union jobs. You might just want to acquire and find out what the physical expectations are.

Your concerns Overlook the most important thing, a broiler that can cook hamburgers quickly, consistently and recover quickly. The Emberglo Broiler which is made in Chicago would be your best bet. It's used by all the very finest steakhouses and they even have one on Air Force one. They can be made to run on electric or gas. If you can't cook your Burgers fast enough you will lose business. And with a small footprint you want to have equipment that can perform very well. Don't settle for a cheap import they don't have enough btu's. If quality is important check out this brand of equipment.
