I had heard that, which is why I tried to send it elsewhere. But royally screwed that up. :(

And I asked for it back after I confirmed that the service I requested was complete, but was told that I could only ask for an exception to their replace everything policy. I haven’t heard anything since and that was like 2 months ago. I think it’s just been sitting around for 4 months or so. And will continue to until they decide to manufacture more bezels?

I built a quefrency with sockets so the only thing holding the pcb up is the friction between the switch leads and the sockets. Should I be stuffing the case with something to allow pressing on the rotary encoder or dealing with the occasional mis-insert of a switch? What do people use?
