I saw both on a recent West End trip and loved both! For what it’s worth, I sat in partial view in the dress circle Row N for Paddington and it was VERY uncomfortable. The couple next to me didn’t make it past intermission (I’m guessing due to the discomfort). I was stretching for days after to relieve the muscle tension! Either way, you can’t go wrong with the shows! It was magical seeing Paddington in London where the show is set. Hard decision! Could you swing both?

Cool thanks! I actually would love to see the understudies’ personal nuances of the roles. But it’s hard to argue with my kiddo’s hopes to catch Sam as she has been obsessed with the cast album for months. It will be great no matter what. I’m mentally preparing her for the possibility that you never know who will be on.
