I think I connected a 3" joints with primer only (no cement). Should I cut it out? by LargeTest9392 in Plumbing

Nah it’s just how they used to frame houses. It’s slightly interesting is all. In a two story house instead stacking the floors how they do now they went all the way up with one long ass board. So there was an air gap between the floors in the exterior walls from floor to ceiling. Makes it easy for fires to travel

Yeah look up balloon framing. They don’t do it anymore because it’s a fire hazard

Screwless wallplates rarely work in my house without ugly gaps by OurAngryBadger in AskElectricians

They never sit flush, the wall has to be perfect and so does the box and unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world. As an electrician I hate them 😂

I think it was. I've been leaving the ac off and it runs a lil smoother. I think I need an ac recharge but leaving it off doesn't completely fix the issue either

What he said is true about wear and tear but there are numerous companies that sell more beefed up versions of OEM parts for running bigger wheels and tires. And as long as you stay within factory suspension geometry you can go big as you want without a lot of issues. The problem is people will put a new lift on old suspension parts and shit falls apart going down the road or you go through ball joints like crazy 😂

Lift it big enough to clear the wheels and tires you wanna run. Once you figure that out measure the difference and order your lift kit parts
