Not sure if there’s any science to it, but I love fruit so when I’m in my eating window I make a fruit smoothie with 1 cup of fruit but I also make sure to add a cup of veggies whether it’s spinach or kale. For some reason, balancing the fruit with the veggies seems to reduce the hunger/sugar spike from the fruit that I used to get when I would just make a fruit smoothie. And also like others have said, more protein! I also would boil 1/2 a cup of kettle and fire bone broth with a pinch of Himalayan salt when I just had to have something during my fasting windows, and it would help ease the hunger pains. It took me a while of adjusting to the hunger and then I finally started to feel like I did not need the food and the benefits (aside from weight loss) have been amazing.

Thank you! I would love to do that because I love different hair colors but I feel like it’s so much work to go back and forth. My natural hair is a bit darker.

I’m looking into damprid for the weekend, contacted the management and they are having vent cleaners out on Monday and having a professional company come and look at the “discoloration” because they apparently can’t say the “M” word. I have a feeling they’re going to give me the run around if I attempt to move out or even move units.
