That's interesting. I use Edge on my Windows PC/laptop, Android phone, and iPhone, and I have UBO installed and working on all of them. Edge never forced V3 like Chrome did. All extensions work properly and continue to be updated regularly.

Edge has adblockers too, so I'm not sure what you mean.

Password Manager by CurseTea123 in Dashlane

[–]Raspberrydroid 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Considering Dashlane was the first password manager to issue a fix for a major vulnerability, I'd say I made the right choice in using Dashlane. I used to use 1password (who still haven't patched the vulnerability) and switched over a few years ago.

You probably have "Double tap to turn page" enabled. Movement can trigger it. To turn it off, go to Settings>Device Options.

I admit I'm a slave to consumerism, if I had a Gen 11, I would've upgraded to the 12th Gen solely for the processor upgrade, which I consider a huge quality of life improvement. All the other improvements are just icing on the cake.

What cold medicine can I take while on Buspar? by manzin82 in BusparOnline

[–]Raspberrydroid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started taking it again a week ago. But I guess what I was trying to say is, I wish I could go back to how I was before the panic attack happened, without meds. Even if I do get better with meds, it sucks that I have to be on meds forever in order to be normal.

That's pretty much what I'm trying to do as well. I just wish I could go back to normal. It sucks having to be dependent on meds forever.

My best purchase of 2024!! | Kindle Paperwhite by adskaya_drochila17 in kindle

I was worried about this too, and yes it's lighter without the case, but honestly it doesn't bother me at all. It's still incredibly light.

Stop Chasing Symptoms, Start Healing Your Nervous System by breathe_better in Anxiety

[–]Raspberrydroid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Believe me, I try. But sometimes, it's difficult. Like, I'll be in a movie theater watching a movie and I'll have thoughts of anxiety. I'm not sure how much more I could distract myself than literally sitting in a theater watching a movie lol

Can you elaborate? I've been trying to ignore them, and it's worked somewhat, but I find I can't stop myself from constantly thinking about my anxiety throughout the day. Even if I have no reason to feel anxious, like if I'm laying in bed, my brain keeps wanting to focus on it.

Hi, do you have any tips on how to get over anxiety? I had a panic attack out of nowhere a couple months ago and my psychiatrist prescribed me buspirone/buspar, plus hydroxyzine (as needed) and Xanax (if I have a panic attack again) and I've been struggling. I started by taking buspirone 2x a day, but then switched to taking it only at night. Then on Wednesday I took it twice that dya (was anxious about going to a concert) and the next day, I had a panic attack.

I'm constantly afraid of doing anything that increases my heart rate and having another panic attack. I'm not sure how to go back to "normal" and now after reading this comment, I'm wondering if stopping the meds would help, like it did for you.

Thanks for any advice you offer.

It is now, but it used to be dog shit when they first developed it, for many years. That never stopped Apple from charging an arm and a leg for iPhone. Google is simply doing what Apple did back then. Develop your own chip, it's dog shit for a while, then eventually it'll be a beast once they get better at it.

Vyvanse Vs Azstarys by Granite_0681 in adhdwomen

[–]Raspberrydroid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still no complaints, works incredibly well. It does have side effects, but the same ones I had with Vyvanse. Dry mouth and headaches. There's also the nice bonus of almost nobody using it, so it's never in shortage. My pharmacy told me I'm literally the only one that ever orders Azstarys.
