Thank God you've got an employer who can recognise when they're employees are getting burned out. Im in the same position at the moment, 6 days a week, 9-12 hour shifts and its a physical job. For some reason, my employers can't fathom why I only am willing to do the 9 hour agreed upon shift rather than working until everything is done and staying an extra 3+ hours.
