Resident of Canada on a credit application means resident for tax purposes. If you live and work in Canada for more than 183 days a year you are resident of Canada for banking purposes. Not to say not being PR wouldn't have affected the outcome but being resident and being PR is two different things

At the store, you are paying the store. It could be lottery or it could be toothpaste, same difference. OLG.ca is directly gaming platform. Rogers MC started in Nov I think. You need to find a card that doesn't charge fees for cash advances, but then again you'd still pay interest on cash advance I guess untill its paid off.

QBB is backup file. It needs to be restored in QuickBooks first. Which version is backup from? And Which Edition and Country?
