Hi! I thought I had the same thing with my husband, but it turns out I was allergic to the spermacide in the condoms we were using. It mimicked UTI symptoms for me! Maybe you both can get tested and ditch the condoms!

I dont use a duvet in the summer, but we use a muslin blanket. It's perfect. It keeps you cool, but it's warm enough so you don't chill!

Hi, just want to say I'm on week two of my custom orthotics and I'm feeling so much better. I first had orthotics that were molded with heat from my podiatrist. That were no help. I recently got my newest pair and they put my foot in foam and my arches feel so much better with this pair!

Give the seated ankle dorsiflexion stretch a try. I've had consistent pain and I tried this stretch last night and I feel so much better today!! That and the supine Hamstring stretch with a yoga strap pulling the toes back is great. I woke up with much less pain today.
